The treatment program is planned by a specialist physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, taking into account the patient’s physical recovery potential and general health condition. During daily patient visits, adjustments may be made to the Robotic Physical Therapy and other physical therapy programs, and additional treatment methods may be incorporated based on the patient’s needs.
The inpatient physical therapy process typically lasts an average of 8 weeks; however, this duration may be longer or shorter depending on the patient’s individual condition. During treatment, various rehabilitation methods are applied, including robotic physical therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and balance training. At the same time, the patient’s general health is continuously monitored by specialist physicians. Medical treatment related to the brain and other organs is carried out in parallel with the physical therapy and rehabilitation programs. Regaining the ability to walk and eat independently are the highest-priority treatment goals. Once these skills are achieved, the patient may be discharged and continue physical therapy and robotic treatment on an outpatient basis. In cases requiring urgent medical intervention, the Blue Code System is activated and, if necessary, the patient is monitored in the Intensive Care Unit.
